This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12874 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13640 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
