2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners.

3. Despite notice having been served and the name and the address of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of him.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
