This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20928 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30

a.m until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20928 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
