ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Udhagamandalam in C.M.P.No.5625 of 2019 dated 22.08.2019 and produce the petitioner's Black Color Duster Car, bearing registration No.TN-60-S-3233, Engine No.D 018604 and Chases Number.MEEHSRA36D3018729 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Udhagamandalam.

2. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that already the respondent has produced the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, on 20.12.2019 and the same has been remanded in P.R.No.152 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
