This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action towards the petitioner complaint dated 17.10.2019 and enquire the matter in fair manner within the time limit as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
