This petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing the sureties as per the order dated 20.09.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21286 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
