This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) as non-refundable deposit, to the credit of K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.20655 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14641 of 2025 ssi the Ray Of Light Foundation, T.Nagar, Chennai by reducing the said amount to Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) without prejudice to the right of defence before the Trial Court and making it clear that it would not amount to admission of guilt in pursuance with the order dated 08.05.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.14641 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

This Court, by order dated 08.05.2025 ordered on the basis of the submissions and willingness expressed by the petitioner, granted anticipatory bail, condition to deposit the amount has been ordered. However, now the petitioner has come forward to seek modification of the aforesaid condition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the modification petition.

4.
