Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the fifth respondent in Proceedings Moo.Mu.No.11812/Na.O.Sa.(5)/2017 dated 18.07.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant pension and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978, with interest at the rate of 12% per annum with effect from the date of his retirement on 30.06.2016 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and made an endorsement in the Court bundle. He has also sent a requisition letter to the Registry, dated 01.06.2023, to that effect.

2. In view of the above said requisition letter and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
