This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.41 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other investigation agency for proper and fair investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that investigation has already been completed and the respondent police will file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional magistrate, within a short span of time.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file final report /charge sheet before the jurisdictional magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if already the investigation is completed.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
