[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking condonation of delay would show that the petitioner preferred review application in Rev.A.Sr.No.166978 of 2024. Due to the pendency of the review application filed, the petitioner has not filed the Writ Appeal, which resulted in delay in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. In view of the said factum, this petition stands ordered and the delay of 369 days in preferring the above appeal stands condoned.
