As the contentions raised in the Miscellaneous Petition travel beyond the scope of the relief granted in Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition for the relief that has been sought and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

Recording the same, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
