ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to survey and measure the lands in survey Nos 39/1, 39/3, 39/4, 40/5B, 40/4 and 40/5A in Vedal Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District based on the challan application dated 16.10.2022 and revenue records and the sale deed dated 18.02.2022 registered as Document. No 780/2022 on the file of the SRO, Arani North, and demarcate the boundaries of the lands.
2.Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 06.10.2022, the petitioner applied for the survey of land comprised in survey Nos 39/1, 39/3, 39/4, 40/5B, 40/4 and 40/5A in Vedal Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District and rd respondent inspected the paid the necessary fees for the same. Though the 3 property in November 2022 and informed the petitioner that he needs a combined map to survey and assured that he will lay the stones, ever since then, rd respondent. The petitioner constantly sent a there was no action taken by the 3 representation to the respondents. However, no steps have been taken by the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents after getting instructions would submit that subsequent to the petitioner's
representation dated 11.12.2024, the respondents 2 and 3 initiated the process and now they are under the process of disposing the representation of the petitioner. Further, they have fixed the date for conducting survey on 23.09.2025. Since the respondents 2 and 3 have already considered the petitioner's representation, no further order is required in this case. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submissions made by either parties, this Court is of the view that since the respondents 2 and 3 already commenced the process for survey and demarcation of the petitioner's land subsequent to the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2024, no further order is required in this present case.
