ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, vide Crl.M.P.No.2326 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024 and direct the respondents to register the FIR and take necessary action and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, despite the Court below, on 11.09.2024 in the said case, giving direction to conduct a preliminary inquiry and on primafacie being made out, to register the case, investigate and file the final report, but, till date, no enquiry had been conducted by the respondent-Police. Since this order of the Court below had not been complied with, the petitioner has filed the present petition for the prayer stated above.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/Police submitted that the Police have completed the investigation and also filed final report before the Court below today (26.11.2024).

4. While recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
