Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the first respondent's order made in Ref.No.AB2/9007/2017, dated 28.09.2017 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner from 1986 and other higher promotions thereto and to consequently direct the respondents to revise and refix the pension and other pensionary beneifts on the said basis forthwith.
