(Made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 384 days in representing the case papers in the above appeal.
2. Though the petitioner has given reasons in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the inordinate delay could have been avoided by showing due diligence. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on terms.
3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered, subject to payment of a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court Campus, Chennai-600 104, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
