This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.24825 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24825 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
