For the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 826 days in representing the Tax Case Revision is condoned and this Miscellaneous petition is ordered upon condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Chennai.
