The present revision has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order passed in C.M.P.No.4602 of 2023 dated 22.11.2023 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a letter dated 03.06.2024 stating that during the pendency of this revision, the main case filed by the respondent in S.T.C.No.114 of 2020 itself was dismissed on 14.12.2023 acquittting the petitioner herein. Hence, he submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
