It is seen that this Court, while ordering the petition in Crl.M.P.No.16691 of 2024 on 28.11.2024, has directed to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur instead of Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore, however, inadvertently, it is again mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore. Therefore, the paragraph (1) of the order in Crl.M.P.Nos.16691 & 16693 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 shall be read as follows :- "The petitioners have filed the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.16691 of 2024 seeking to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur instead of Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore, in Crl.O.P.No.26152 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order by 20.12.2024. Further, the time to execute the sureties is extended by one week from 20.12.2024.
