ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20875 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025. K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report is also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20875 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
