ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are encroachments on the subject writ land, which is a pathway.

3. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that an order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, has been passed on 04.12.2023 and 07.12.2023 as against the encroachers.
