This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, on all working day at 10.30 a.m. vide order dated 21.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25952 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has also been completed and final report filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore on the second working day of January, 2025 and thereafter the date fixed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore.
