ORDER

The trial is pending since 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Cuddalore and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court to quash the C.C. No.33 of 2011.

2. On perusing the materials, this Court finds that it is not a fit case to quash, for any reason. However, the inordinate delay in completing the trial requires direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a reasonable time preferably four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 08.12.2023 Index :Yes :Yes/No.
