The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 304(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.453 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de facto complainant is that on 12.09.2024, when he was travelling from Vaniyambadi to Krishnagiri, the petitioner along with other accused had snatched his Oppo Phone. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any other stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police, while opposing for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner along with other accused, had snatched the Oppo Phone of the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the petitioner has two previous cases of similar nature.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate and also considering the fact that the petitioner has two previous cases of similar nature, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
