O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to construct a compound wall around the property that has been leased to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent submitted that the request made by the petitioner has been rejected by the 2nd respondent by proceedings dated 24.01.2020.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, the same can be challenged independently. No costs.
