C.M.P.No.19788 of 2017 in A.S.Sr.No.85168 of 2014 R.SUBBIAH, J and T.KRISHNAVALLI, J This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 148 in filing the restoration application in A.S.Sr.No.85168 of 2014.

2. This Court, under order dated 16.10.2019, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the learned counsel for respondents within a period of one week.

3. Today, it is represented that the conditional order of this Court has been complied with.

In the said circumstance, this petition is allowed and the delay of 148 in filing the restoration application in A.S.Sr.No.85168 of 2014, is condoned and consequently, the appeal is restored to file.
