Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.353 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS Act, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.

3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that due to previous enmtiy, petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant and also abused in filthy language. He further submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has three previous cases pending against the petitioner. Page No.1 of 3

4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
