2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 140 days is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post it for admission. The name of the learned counsel for the respondents / writ petitioners shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
