ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to register Sale Deed and issue the Sale Deed to the petitioner with respect to Plot No.708 at Periyar Nagar Part - I, Taramani, Chennai - 600 113 within a time limit that may be specified by this Court.

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 05.04.2019 before the respondents to execute the Sale Deed with respect to Plot No.708 at Periyar Nagar Part - I, Taramani, Chennai and it is pending on the file of the respondents without passing any order.

3. Considering the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
