This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25330 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25330 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
