This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties, as imposed by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6492 of 2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 12.04.2024, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
