This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to extend the One Time Settlement and direct the 2nd respondent not to take away the vehicle.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that he availed a loan for a sum of Rs.96 Lakhs from the 1st respondent Bank for purchase of three vehicles. However, since he was not able to repay the loan amount, the 1st respondent lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent Police for seizure of his vehicles. It is the contention of the petitioner that he is ready for an amicable settlement and if an opportunity of One Time Settlement is extended to the petitioner, it would be beneficial to him. Hence, the writ. 3.Whereas, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that, out of three vehicles, one vehicle has been repossessed and the other two vehicles could not be secured. It is further stated that arbitration proceedings have also been initiated as against the petitioner and an Award also came to be passed and it has to be executed.

4.In such view of the matter, since the entire proceedings have now culminated into an Arbitral Award which is now in the execution stage, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
