This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to surrender before the Court in pursuance with the order made in Crl.O.P.No.26711 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from today. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
