This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time by two weeks to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 14.08.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.22621 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time is extended by one week to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 14.08.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.22621 of 2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
