Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for third respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed as against 4th respondent, notice to 4th respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider her representation dated 05.08.2023, in and by which, she sought to remove the encroachments made in the subject property and issue Natham patta in her favour. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed. Pg.Nos.2/5

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as fourth respondent and interested parties/rival claimants, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
