This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner company M/s.RK Home Appliances situated at No.4/289/2/GRL Arcade Saradha College Road, Alagapuram, Salem - 636016 by considering the representation dated 30.11.2019.

2. Heard Mr. J.Deliban, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Admittedly the petitioner has received the amount from nearly 3000 customers, but he has not delivered the goods nor repaid the amount within the time as agreed by him. Hence this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to get police protection. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
