This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice a month, on Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2007 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31449 of 2024, dated 07.02.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2007 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31449 of 2024, dated 07.02.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
