ORDER

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1876 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in the above suit.

2. Ms.P.Veena Suresh, the learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents 3 to 5 and submitted no objection for allowing these petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of
