Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.606 of 2018, final report was filed through e-filing on 15.11.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20230001022C202400160 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.

3. Since the first respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Magistrate concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
