and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking leave of this court to file the above writ appeal against the order dated 15.11.2023 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.32386 of 2023.
2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent issued a notification dated 25.10.2023 for direct recruitment of graduate teachers / Block Resource Teacher Educators (BRTE) - 2023, in which, the state government insists on a higher cut off in Graduation marks / percentage. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner was about to approach the writ court. While so, he came to know about the dismissal of WP.No.32386 of 2023 filed by the similarly placed persons, by the learned Judge, by order dated 15.11.2023. According to the learned counsel, while the petitioner herein has acquired pass in TET almost a decade ago and qualified themselves for appointment to the post of teachers, changing the very eligibility criteria for appointment to the said post by the respondent authorities, by fixing higher cut off marks / percentage in Graduation, would amount to shutting the doors of public employment to them permanently. Therefore, the petitioner, who is the third party to the writ petition, sought leave to prefer a writ appeal against the said order of the learned Judge.
