ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relax the condition imposed in Para No.8(c) that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22724 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22724 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
