This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent- police not to harass the petitioner in any manner.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the fact that the petitioner had already appeared before the respondent, repeatedly the respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that the petitioner undertook to produce certain documents, however, the documents have not been produced. Hence pleaded to direct the petitioner to produce the documents.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondent is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner fixing the date for production of the documents, on the said date, the petitioner shall produce the documents before the respondent.
