PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying, to direct the Learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose the suit in O.S.No.205 of 2012 on seeking for partition within stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Nixon

The 3rd defendant in a suit for partition is the petitioner herein. He seeks a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

2. The suit is for partition and a perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit is pending for trial all these years without any progress.

3. Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2012 and the trial is not yet commenced, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed. No costs.
