O R D E R
The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.07.2025, for the offence punishable under Section 397 of IPC in Crime No. 379 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. This Court by order dated 02.09.2025, dismissed the bail application 1/4
of the petitioner herein stating that the petitioner had jumped bail for the second time and was securing by executing a Non-Bailable Warrant.
3. In this bail application it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was suffering from serious ailments and taking treatment.
4. It is also confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent that the petitioner was taking treatment at the Government Medical College, Villupuram. He further stated that he is having five previous cases of similar in nature.
5. Since the nature of offence itself is 397 of IPC and already five previous cases of similar in nature has been registered against him, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 18.09.2025 ssi To 2/4
