This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1685 days in filing the above Review Application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has no objection in condoning the delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 1685 days in filing the Review Application is condoned.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
