This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25636 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
