This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para(8) of the petitioners that the petitioners/A2 & A3 shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days in Crl.OP.No.26136 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have complied the condition for 30 days, however objected to modify the condition.

3. Considering the said submission that the petitioners have complied the condition for 30 days and the petitioners have no previous cases and considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners/A2 and A3 shall appear before the respondent police on alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months".
