This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.5(b) imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday Morning at 10.30a.m., and Evening at 6.00 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25355 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.30a.m., for a period of 20 days and thereafter, weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
