ORDER

The petitioners are the third parties to the execution proceedings. However, they claim under one Perumal, as his legal representatives, who had filed CRP (NPD) No.1404 of 2022, being aggrieved by the order 1/3

dismissing his application under Section 47 CPC. Now, the said Perumal has passed away and the petitioners are seeking leave to prefer the present revision to challenge the docket order made in E.P.No.50 of 2018 on 30.06.2025.

2.Prima facie I am able to see that the petitioners are only stepping into shoes of Perumal and therefore, they are entitled to prosecute the revision. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered. Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No sms 25.09.2025 2/3
