2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindhaswamy, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R3.

3. It appears that a civil dispute arose between the petitioner viz., Kuberan S/o. K.V.Balu and the 4th respondent viz., Karpagam w/o. Sankaran. The petitioner is residing at No.33-A, Thiruvoodal Street, Tiruvannamalai Town, Tiruvannamalai District and the 4th respondent is residing No.34-A, Thiruvoodal Street, Tiruvannamalai Town, Tiruvannamalai District.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner and the 4th respondent may settle the civil dispute in appropriate proceedings before the competent Court. The respondents 1 to 3 cannot interfere with the exercise of the civil rights of the petitioner.
5. The Inspector of Police who is present today has also given instruction to the learned Special Government Pleader to state that the Police will not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
